If you have a passion for problem-solving and enjoy working collaboratively, this role is for you What You'll Do: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in: Understanding Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Project Ownership: Maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivered solution meets all objectives-scope, time, cost, and quality. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with a diverse range of partners across the organisation, including managers, suppliers, testers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery. Drive Improvements: Identify areas for business enhancement, taking on project management responsibilities to facilitate positive change. Essential Job Functions: Produce business cases and associated materials in collaboration with stakeholders. Facilitate requirements elicitation using suitable techniques for various audiences. Capture and analyse current ('As-Is') and desired ('To-Be') business processes. Conduct gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Define clear, testable functional and non-functional business requirements. Maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation in line with our methodologies. Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to ensure project success. Mentor and guide colleagues while promoting best practises in business analysis. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations. Support the business through change management, both technically and culturally. Ensure adherence to the FCA principle of treating customers fairly (TCF). Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring: Education: Degree-level education preferred; International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent is a plus. Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst with successful project delivery. Skills: Strong grasp of technical challenges in a global business context. Engagement: Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels across multiple business areas. Methodologies: Familiarity with various project methodologies is beneficial. Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
