Premises Manager
Location - Near West Byfleet, Surrey (excellent transport links)
Contract type – Full-time, permanent with 28 days’ paid holiday
Hours –36 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary - Payscale LPT8, FTE £37,831 - £40,854 per annum, depending on skills and experience
We are looking to appoint a skilled and highly motivated Premises Manager to lead the premises team at Fullbrook School in delivering an excellent site management service. Working collaboratively with the School Business Manager, the Premises Manager’s key areas of responsibility are:
· Health & Safety compliance and safeguarding
· Site maintenance
· Management of capital projects
· Cost effectiveness and contract management support
The successful candidate will:
· have experience in areas of building maintenance, compliance and managing building projects
· have experience of working in a school or similar setting
· be flexible and pro-active in meeting the needs of the school
· demonstrate a calm and practical approach to problem solving
· have excellent communication and organisational skills
· be able to lead a team of premises staff
