You will also offer strategic guidance on the company’s property portfolio and oversee legal projects and transactions.This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. What are we looking for? - A UK-qualified solicitor, with at least 5 years' experience in commercial property law.- Experience in handling complex property projects and transactions.- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align legal advice with business operations.- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and drafting skills.- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.- A solution-focused and pragmatic approach to legal matters.- Knowledge of the waste industry, energy projects, or other highly regulated sectors is an advantage but not essential.
