The Process Analyst works closely with Business Change Managers to understand and accurately process map “as is” and “to be” process flow through an Operational Excellence lens for all Transformation led change. Applies a variety of change management tools and techniques to develop solutions, influence and deliver transformational change. They will translate future state process flow into approved user guides to ensure business readiness and validate efficient process flow post handover to BAU. Reporting to the Snr Business Change Manager – Op Excellence, Comms & Implementation, this role influences the design and delivery of all business change initiatives through close collaboration with the wider Business Change Team, Bas and stakeholders. Responsibilities Accountable for the creation of / alignment of all “as is” and “to be” process flows including analysis to inform all transformation led change Accountable for the creation and ongoing management of a Business Change library of documented ‘as is & to be’ process flows Plan and execute collaborative workshops with stakeholders where appropriate to reflect accurate current state process Plan and execute collaborative workshops with stakeholders where appropriate to identify efficient future state proposals meeting the agreed project or programme objectives and align with strategic priorities Accountable for identifying change gaps between current state and future state, making recommendation to improve process efficiency Accountable for identifying unintended impact of change across other functions Manage the development of SOP to the approved format within area of analysis Work within the agreed Business Change framework and complete all relevant templates to ensure business readiness at launch Work collaboratively with the Business Change team and key business stakeholders to support the implementation of all transformation led change on time and within budget Work collaboratively with the Business Change team and key business stakeholders to ensure all transformation led change is accurately implemented and communicated with the wider business Work collaboratively with the Business Change team and business stakeholders to ensure post implementation reviews are scheduled validating that project or programme objectives have been met This person will have a strong understanding of business processes, be an expert in process mapping tools and techniques including Visio and have analytical skills to evaluate data identifying inefficiencies. They will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and be a confident problem solver.
