About the role:
As a key member of the sales team, the Field Sales Manager will work closely with the Country Director to drive business growth across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. This role acts as the central hub for understanding Members' retail strategies, organizational structures, and the key actions needed to help them expand their businesses, e.g., training and education. Success in this role will come from building strong, one-on-one relationships with Leaders and Members while keeping communication lines open between identified members, leaders, and internal support teams. Your time will be spent both in the Field (F2F & Virtual) 70% and at events, where you'll gain insights into what drives success and how to translate those insights into sustainable growth and increased sales for the countries. Role could also require administration associated with events & special promotions aimed at enhancing sales & recruiting activity - this will be required periodically.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, effortlessly switching between analyzing metrics, delivering group presentations, and coaching distributors through utilization of tools and resource availability.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct regular field visits, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback, and reports to Country Director.
* Intimate knowledge of Distributors practices and have the necessary relationship that allows open and honest communication.
* Focus on business strategy and planning, including - sales and recruitment performance, identified member training needs, sales and recruiting tools, and effective communication with members.
* Knowledge of metrics, and ability to analyse relevant sales and DS statistics to identify strongest and weakest performing areas / gaps will ensure that the market duplicates sustainable and duplicable models.
* Conduct one to one meetings or organisation meetings with members, with the aim to add value to their business. Identify ideas to help the overall country with local events or local initiatives that are aligned with the leaders. Ability to decipher promotional ideas / initiatives from member metrics.
* Have an in-depth understanding of the members daily methods of operations (DMO) and the way they conduct their businesses.
* Responsible for monthly leadership report identifying pulse of the market.
* Lead and work with Committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content, and agreed implementations.
* Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely, and effective manner - as agreed with Country Director.
* Attend monthly meetings / HOMs / other relevant local trainings as an Ambassador of the Company, as well as National, Regional and International events - as required.
* Learn and understand best practices, challenges, and opportunities within the field, in order to promote and share where necessary, in line with growth agenda.
* Lead overall organization in identifying and mapping out business strengths and market requirements while understanding any threats and competitor activities.

o Adaptability and Resilience: Highly adaptable, able to navigate and succeed in dynamic environments with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and composure under pressure.
o Analytical Insight: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and address challenges effectively.
o Customer-Centric Approach: A service-oriented mindset combined with the ability to act as a strong Brand Ambassador.
o Proven Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating strategic execution and tangible results in business development or account management.
Education and Technical Skills:
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Fluent in English with at least a high school or A-level certification.
* Proven track record of driving business growth in a sales-led environment.
* Experience in organizing and promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and masterclasses (preferred).
* Skilled in budget management, market analysis, and analyzing sales figures.
