Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage new projects within the defence sector, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
5. Manage project costs effectively to ensure budget adherence.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
8. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
9. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Project Management.
2. Background in LEV systems or HVAC is preferable but not essential.
3. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
4. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
5. Willingness to travel occasionally to the North West.
