Job overview
City Health Care Partnership Integrated Nursing and Conditions Service have a vacancy for a part-time Band 3 Administration Assistant to support the Community Nursing Teams. The post holder will be based at East Riding Community Hospital, Beverley and will be required to work 22.5 hours per week across 3 days. There will also be a requirement for the post holder to work at other bases as and when required. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a current UK driving license as there is an expectation that you will drive the CHCP lease cars across bases and for repair and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to provide comprehensive administrative support to the service.
Main duties of the job
Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.

Qualifications
* Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
* Level 2 in Word Processing and Text Production
Knowledge and Experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
* Knowledge of a range of software programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures
* Previous experience of supervising a team
* Previous experience of working with the general public
* Knowledge of other Microsoft packages
* Experience of SystmOne functions
* Previous NHS experience
