COMPANY DESCRIPTION Rights Booster (Booster) is a content distribution business providing a VOD and FAST distribution service to enable rightsholders to efficiently monetise their catalogue via digital platforms, distributing 1000s of hours of scripted and unscripted content. Booster also manages and distributes seven FAST channels, some wholly owned and others as joint ventures with rightsholders. ROLE DESCRIPTION The Sales Coordinator will report to the Commercial Director and support sales efforts across global FAST and VOD platforms. The position offers a hybrid work environment (two office days per week) and requires a motivated individual with a passion for the entertainment industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner Management : Manage existing relationships, identify new commercial opportunities to increas monetization of content. FAST Channel Management : Assist in increasing viewership and platform distribution, working with tech and ad sales partners. Channel Development : Support curation, pitching, and launching of new FAST channels with operational and technical coordination. Content Marketing : Drive promotion and PR efforts to boost revenue and platform awareness. Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to senior management. Market Research : Monitor industry trends, including AI developments, and competitor activity. Administrative Support : Maintain tracking sheets and rights management systems for operational efficiency. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Passion for entertainment content and ambition for a career in content sales. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in sales or marketing, with knowledge of TV and film distribution. Collaborative, flexible, and confident team player with attention to detail.
