WHAT TO EXPECT Process Excellence demands that we understand and inspect our processes, connecting the underlying data & systems, simplifying and streamlining where possible. It also demands that we measure through assessment and KPIs how effective, efficient and active the processes are, fostering a culture and mindset that is focussed on continuous iteration and improvement. You’ll play an important role in driving process excellence and performance improvement within the organisation. You’ll also be responsible for assessing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: • Develop and improve Process Capability and Maturity Assessment tools & methodologies • Deploy Process Assessments as a tool to identify Process Improvement opportunities • Work with Process Owners to agree, monitor and govern delivery of improvement plans • Responsible to train and assure the competency of Process Assessors across the organisation • Define and implement reporting tools to show the extent and level of adoption of process excellence across the enterprise WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Extensive knowledge of Process capability assessment methodologies, such as Baldrige Excellence Framework, ISO33001 and strong knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF169494 • Experience of process assessment & improvement across the value chain in complex and dynamic organisations • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of complex organisations • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise initiatives, allocate resources, and meet deadlines LI-POST A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.
