Campbells Meadow - Customer Care Assistant Part-Time, Fully Flexible (£11.65PH)
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Responsibilities include:
1. Making children feel welcome and handing out balloons.
2. Organising special events and looking after customers' specific needs.
3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
4. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers.
6. Keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers to make them feel valued. Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour should come naturally to you, and you should work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are essential. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also necessary.
