Hours
* 8am-6pm
The role of Receptionist:
* Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
* Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
The ideal Receptionist:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional appearance and attitude
