About the Role: As the Commercial Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the preparation of competitive and compelling proposals that meet client requirements and support our business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the bid process from initial enquiry to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met. Develop and implement bid strategies, aligning with business objectives and client needs. Prioritise resources to maximise bid success. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, software, art, creative, and legal, to gather necessary information and input for bids. Manage the writing, review, and editing of bid content to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements. Oversee the management and maintenance of a library of bid documents, templates, and best practices. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients as needed. Conduct post-bid reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance bid competitiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the AV, location-based entertainment, or technology industries. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously. Experience in reading, understanding, commenting, and redlining commercial contracts. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Additional experience in Monday, Jira or similar task manaegement and workflow software. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively against tight deadlines. Experience in leading multidisciplinary, multinational teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
