Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for our client based in Wolverhampton (WV10). Our client is a provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral difficulties. As a Registered Manager you will: Oversee daily operations, ensuring Ofsted compliance Lead and supervise staff, conducting appraisals and training Implement policies and maintain high care standards Ensure robust safeguarding measures and risk assessments Promote positive outcomes in health, education, and well-being Develop and oversee individual care plans Recruit, train, and retain a skilled team Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and external agencies Attend LAC reviews, child protection meetings, and strategy discussions Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain a safe, well-equipped home environment Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience: Recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level within a Children Residential Service A “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections Exceptional management & leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care.
