Job Role: Customer Service Advisor - Live Messaging
Shift 1: Tue to Friday, 9-5pm & Sat 9am to 4.45pm (36 hours)
Shift 2: Monday to Thurs 12pm to 8pm & Friday, 11am to 18:45pm (36 hours)
Salary : Base pay is £11.62 per hour plus an additional £1 per hour for working weekends.*
*Upon successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, there is then the potential to earn a performance related bonus of up to 20%. There is a further enhanced pay increase opportunity for Customer Service Representatives achieving consistent targets to earn up to £11.99 per hour.
Training :
Part 1 - Mon 28th Oct 2024 - Fri 1st Nov 2024. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Part 2 - Mon 3rd Feb - Friday 14th Feb 2024. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Training will be based off site at Regus, Grove Park, LE19 1SY. (Commitment to full training is mandatory).

Our Live Messaging Customer Service Advisors are the digital voice of our business, and will ensure our customers receive exceptional service at their fingertips.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing quick, effortless and exceptional service to our customers via Live Chat.
2. Handling multiple customers at one time.
3. Occasionally you will be required to support phone queries.
4. Navigating through various computer systems to look into customers queries, this may require you to speak to the customer via the phone as well as your colleagues in other teams.
Experience required:
5. Ideally, Previous experience in delivering excellent Customer Service (via Live Chat, Face to Face or Call Centre)
6. Ability to handle 2-3 multiple chats at once.
7. Excellent PC and typing skills.
8. Good spelling and grammar.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to write non-standard responses using conversational language, as well as applying the right tone, demonstrating a range of interpersonal skills.
11. Strong attention to detail.
You must be able to commit to full time training and during our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work an additional 4 hours for 20 weeks of the year.
