About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and be proficient in using software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Key responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
* Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to manage financial records.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
* Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised.
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations.
Skills
