Salary: Circa £65,000 DOE + completion bonus

About the Role- 12 Month FTC
Our client is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Head of Client Services to play a critical role in shaping their client relationships and service excellence. Leading a high performing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance client satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, drive product sales, and drive business growth.
What you will be doing:
You will lead a team of four Senior Partnerships Managers and the Client Services Team Manager, who oversees a team of ten. Your focus will be on ensuring they are effective, motivated, and supported in their roles, while fostering their professional development. You’ll drive team performance in alignment with the annual strategy, with a strong emphasis on generating new sales and delivering added value to our customers. In addition, you’ll be accountable for member retention and satisfaction by executing client engagement strategies, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role also involves attending key client meetings, virtually or in person, across the UK to support strategic growth and retention efforts.
