Legal Secretary – Commercial Litigation
Location: Southampton
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with experience in Commercial Litigation? My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in the Southampton area. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working on challenging cases, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and organising legal files efficiently
2. Providing client care and communication support
3. Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
4. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and handling deadlines
5. Supporting fee earners with administrative and secretarial tasks
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Commercial Litigation
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS Office, legal IT systems and audio dictation
