Main duties and responsibilities Order processing to daily cut off times/deadlines Communication with warehouse and admin teams General customer service via telephone and e-mail Responding to customer queries and requests Liaising with transport teams and arranging deliveries/collections coordinate rework projects with the warehouse team Skills and Experience Previous experience in an office environment is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have general computer skills and be competent in using e-mail and Microsoft office software.
