Protocol Education are working with a School in Aylesbury who are looking for 3 Learning Support assistants for their early years classroom for the summer term, starting in April until the end of the academic year.

Your Role: As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities may include:
6. Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
7. Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
8. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
9. Observing and assessing children's progress
10. Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care
Requirements:
11. Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
12. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Genuine passion for working with children
15. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
