Your Role as Programme Manager: Lead on a strategic housing improvement programme to respond to the recent regulatory judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing Design and initiate the programme and to deliver priority work packages and projects. Provide strategic direction and leadership on programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with Council objectives. Oversee programme delivery, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality outputs within specified timeframe. Build and nurture strategic relationships with stakeholders, delivering improved services and outcomes for residents. Establish effective programme governance, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring quality assurance. Your previous experience as a Programme Manager: Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes using proven programme management techniques. Financial and budget management expertise, with the ability to allocate resources effectively across projects. Strong political and organisational awareness, including the ability to influence and navigate within a political environment. Proven ability to promote and implement innovative equality and diversity interventions at a senior level. Resilience, integrity, and a proactive approach to driving cultural and service improvements.
