Can you lead, motivate and engage a field sales team to deliver results? We have an opportunity to join us as a Regional Manager on our Danone Convenience account. As a Regional Manager your focus will be on performance managing your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. You will have experience of leading a field based team within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders. Your team of circa 10 Territory Managers will be operating in the convenience and independents sector, building relationships with key decision makers, increasing sales and enhancing product availability & visibility. You will also be responsible for the following: People management & team leadership Ownership of team performance in delivering agreed objectives Training, coaching & development Working in partnership with our in-house recruitment team to recruit & retain Commercial insight from the field, providing effective and timely reporting You will be field based approx 3-4 days per week working closely with your team. Overnights may be required, potential 2 per month. You will have an eye for detail and know your way around an Excel Spreadsheet. What’s in it for me?
