Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education, ensuring a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive.

What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong understanding of child development, EYFS framework, and best practices in early years education
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Provide high-quality care and support for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development
* Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to assessments and reports
* Work collaboratively with the team, assisting Room Leaders and colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
* Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery setting
