We require a motivated, innovative and dedicated Chef/Cook to work with the Head Chef and on their own, producing fresh, home cooked food. The candidate will require to demonstrate a history of work in food production. industry accredited qualifications in food preparation would be an advantage. Candidates should possess good organisation skills, work to the highest standards of personal and workplace hygiene and work to industry standard Health and Safety Standards. The candidate would be preparing food from raw ingredients, presenting food for plate service, stock control, stock ordering, maintenance of cleaning schedules and records, food temperature checks and records and would assist the Head Chef in menu production. A friendly, solutions based attitude and team co-operation and communication are essential.
