Job Summary We welcome applications from individuals belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99) Position based on site (Pinerolo, Italy or High Wycombe, UK) As an SLA Service Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting SLA 3D printers. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance, quality output, and timely project delivery. Primary Job Functions Operate and maintain SLA 3D printers, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime. Prepare, monitor, and post-process printed parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize print processes and improve output quality. Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Assist in the setup and calibration of printers for new projects. Maintain accurate documentation of print jobs, maintenance activities, and inventory. Train and support other team members on SLA processes and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field. Proven experience with SLA additive manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel maintenance, training or support as required (50% of time). Specific experience understanding 3D Systems equipment preferred. English level: minimum B2.
