Design Support Administrator role involves ensuring design, construction, and operational quality of distribution networks. Key administrative activities support Design Team performance and help deliver services in line with SLAs.
The role requires effective communication, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and collaboration with other business functions. As an individual contributor, you must be comfortable working independently and organizing workload to meet priorities.
Responsibilities include:
* Offering vital administrative support, responding to customer queries, populating templates, maintaining trackers, and validating documentation.
* Supporting project coordination within Design Team by capturing actions, tracking completion, and sharing updates with stakeholders.
* Providing excellent customer service via email, telephone, and meetings.
* Communicating with internal stakeholders to provide visibility of service delivery, attending meetings, and participating in Operations meetings to understand strategic goals and current performance.
* Coordinating performance data, completing data entry tasks, collecting data, and populating reports to measure KPIs against SLAs.
