An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a top UK firm in their highly ranked Planning team. The team handles a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors. They have advised on some of the country’s most high-profile projects, covering all forms of energy, including offshore wind, large-scale solar, carbon capture plants, nuclear energy, energy networks, interconnectors, and pipelines. The team also works on infrastructure projects such as water systems, flood defence, airports, new roads, rail, and rapid transit systems.

Experience Required:

* Qualified in England and Wales or in a Common Law jurisdiction. Between NQ–3 years PQE, with experience focused on any of the following: the Electricity Act 1989, the Town and Country Planning Acts, the Planning Act 2008, the Transport and Works Acts, harbour orders, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations, and judicial review. Ability to provide practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
