Working within a dynamic team of 25, this role is based in Warrington as part of the client services hub. This company is a UK market leader who has grown significantly in the past 5 years.
Job Description
In this role, you'll find no two days are the same. You'll find yourself working between urgent customer requests and planned maintenance, which will involve a mixture of conversational and administrative work.
* Receiving and making phone calls to schedule maintenance work.
* Building strong relationships with contractors.
* Managing appointments and scheduling urgent repair work.
* Ordering parts and materials needed to complete jobs.
* Responding to customer queries via email.
* Recording job progress on the in-house system.
* Raising quotations to send out to customers.
* Raising invoices when the work is complete.
* Providing excellent customer service in all customer interactions.
* Working closely with other departments in the business to ensure the day-to-day business runs smoothly.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity within the property industry.
* Providing regular reports on account performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Experience of working in a telephone-based role is essential.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A customer-focused approach and ability to handle complex queries.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, ideally with a little experience in Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Able to work on shift rotations, including weekends (Earliest start 7 am, latest finish 7 pm).
* Able to work full time out of an office in the Newton-le-Willows area.
Experience working in facilities, supply chain, ecommerce, logistics, engineering, or similar is an advantage.
