Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team, including managing diaries, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and events.
2. Assist in the seamless planning and execution of various HR initiatives and activities.
3. Handle a variety of HR cases, including providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
4. Take the lead on the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate shortlisting to scheduling interviews and facilitating panel discussions.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are consistently updated.
6. Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering professional advice on everyday HR matters under the guidance of the Director team.
