Due to substantial growth, this established medico-legal company requires an experienced Administrator to join our Expert Liaison department to prepare documentation for medico-legal cases, liaise with both medical experts and solicitors to deal with correspondence, and arrange reports. The role will involve working on both Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims.
You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work. You must also possess excellent keyboard skills. You will be an excellent team player and work well within a compact team.
General duties include:
1. Capture and record relevant customer data
2. Confidential document processing
3. Liaise with medical experts and solicitors, via telephone and email
4. Quality check and process medical reports
5. Book medical appointments for the claimant
6. Arrange scans and investigations
