Job Overview
A highly experienced Human Resources Manager is required to partner closely with the leadership team for central functions. This role will develop capability, drive the engagement agenda and manage talent.
This opportunity has arisen in North Yorkshire and supports colleagues across sites in the UK and a small number of colleagues in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the people agenda across all group functions.
* Partner with the leadership teams to ensure succession plans are in place.
* Develop and lead the comms strategy across central functions.
* Provide coaching and direction for line managers, giving clear direction on building capability and ensuring accountability across all levels.
* Lead recruitment strategies to enable short and long term business priorities.
* Provide leadership to the wider people team, driving high levels of engagement and performance.
Requirements
* An HR generalist with experience working at HRBP level in a multi-site, commercial organisation.
* Focused on adding value and leading change, with a proven track record.
* Self-sufficient and able to work autonomously, linking into the Group People team on a regular basis.
* Experience of working within a larger organisation, understanding how to drive consistency across multiple sites.
About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in North Yorkshire, with a hybrid working arrangement available (2 days on site with travel to other sites). The ideal candidate will be based in North Yorkshire and will travel to other UK sites with some international travel.
Salary and Benefits
