You will collaborate with clients and our partners’ technical experts to ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions. Client Engagement: Engage with clients in parallel with the Sales teams, to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives, to build strong relationships and trust. Conduct technical demos to prospective clients. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate an understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software applications to recommend appropriate solutions to clients. Understanding a customer’s requirements and translating them into business language and solutions. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical experts (vendors and in-house team) troubto design custom technology solutions that align with the client and their budgetary requirements. Produce a Bill of Materials (BoM) derived from this information. Continuous Improvement: Regularly seek opportunities to improve yourself and others within the organisation whilst also optimising technology solutions and client satisfaction. PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential: Basic Technical Expertise: Foundational knowledge in relevant technologies, systems, or software (e.g., networking, operating systems, hardware, coding languages, or cloud platforms). Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical challenges effectively. IT Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software) and basic IT support tasks. Willingness to Learn: A genuine interest in developing technical skills and staying updated with emerging technologies. Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in technical configurations, documentation, or testing. Desirable: Exposure to Technical Projects: Experience working on small-scale technical projects, either during studies, internships or previous roles. Have some experience in a technical role: Qualified in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience or degree. A degree background in a STEM related subject is desirable but not mandatory. If you can demonstrate a strong interest or previous learning in Technology we will also consider your application.
