Job Description
Why You Should Apply:
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and Guidance: Provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
* Data Management: Create and edit spreadsheets, run reports, and use the PAC system to make access cards.
* Patrolling: Patrol three floors to prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site.
* Reception Duties: Perform meet and greet duties, ensuring all visitors and contractors are welcomed and assisted efficiently.
* Security Monitoring: Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV to maintain site security and respond promptly to any incidents.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Effective Communication: Your strong communication skills will ensure positive interactions with staff, visitors, and contractors.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage spreadsheets, run reports, and use the PAC system effectively.
* Vigilant Patrolling: Conduct thorough patrols to deter unauthorized access and ensure site security.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent reception duties, making visitors and contractors feel welcome and secure.
* Alert and Responsive: Monitor security systems and respond to alarms promptly and efficiently.
