Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of large-scale projects in London and the Home Counties, emphasising Energy Modelling & Building Physics. Direct project teams in conducting dynamic thermal simulations, Part L Assessments, Thermal Comfort Analysis, Natural Ventilation Studies, Overheating Analysis, and Energy & Sustainability Statements. Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. Contribute to the tender process by preparing bid and proposal documents. Actively participate in developing new and existing business opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate building physics principles into design solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to achieve sustainable and energy-efficient outcomes. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes excellence in building physics engineering. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in building physics engineering. Proven expertise in leading large-scale projects with a focus on Energy Modelling. Experience in dynamic thermal simulations, Part L Assessments, Thermal Comfort Analysis, Natural Ventilation Studies, Overheating Analysis, and Energy & Sustainability Statements. Familiarity with NABERS and Design for Performance is highly desirable. Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Relevant qualifications in building physics, engineering, or a related field.
