Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing strategy, across both online and offline marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Display, Social, Affiliates, TV and OOH.
* Support on the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns cross-channel to achieve overall business objectives.
* Effectively measure and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring these are aligned with channel objectives and KPIs.
* Assist in generating awareness, website traffic, and sales through various digital channels.
* Work closely with the creative team to develop and brief engaging ad creatives and campaign assets that resonate with target audiences.
* Work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to align marketing plans with the wider business goals.
* Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience working within Marketing is essential, preferably within the fashion industry.
* Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience working across territories is desirable.
* A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of what resonates with a fashion-forward audience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Continuously keeping up to date with the latest releases and updates across all platforms.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

Salary: £28,000-£33,000
