Role Overview: As a Member Support Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our members and employers. You will manage inbound calls, apply rules and procedures to resolve queries, and provide high-quality service by listening to understand member needs and directing them to appropriate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound calls and provide effective resolutions.
* Listen to understand member needs and direct them to appropriate resolutions.
* Meet targets for call quality and accuracy.
* Continuously develop knowledge of pensions administration and TPT systems.
* Ensure data accuracy and comply with information security and data protection policies.
* Act as an ambassador of TPT.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Contact centre experience in a customer service role is desirable, training will be provided.
* Experience in financial services (e.g., banking, insurance) is desirable.
* Grade C or 5 in Maths and English GCSE.
* Understanding of pensions and pensions administration is desirable.
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
* Experience with knowledge management or CRM systems.
