To support this ambition, we're looking for an organisational change manager to ensure that change isn't just implemented but truly embedded within the business. This role is about helping our people understand the why behind change, overcoming barriers, and ensuring lasting success. As an organisational change manager, you will: Facilitate change impact assessments and other sessions to identify and drive requirements. Collaborate with project managers to develop and deliver plans for implementing and monitoring change. Create high-quality documentation, including impact assessments, communication plans, and heat maps. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure plans are delivered on time and adhere to governance requirements. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure processes are efficient, aligned, and effective. This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our main office in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available. We're looking for someone with: A proven ability to deliver change that sticks, across different sectors and contexts. Experience managing various types of change, including technology, processes, culture, and behaviours. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a variety of teams and stakeholders. The ability to lead workshops, overcome resistance, and navigate barriers to change. Skills and Knowledge Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, collaborative, and results-focused approach.
