Service Quality Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Service Quality Specialist to join our client based in their Swindon site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Preparation & Set Up in line with brand and group standards
2. Warranty Evidence gathering, administration and submission
3. Provide control of quality and of repairs
4. Oversee technical repair progression of work through the workshop and ensure agreed customer timescales are adhered to
5. Work with the Service, Parts and Workshop Managers to ensure all departments are kept updated of progress at all times
6. Live Technical Guidance for Technicians and customers if necessary
Essential Qualifications:
1. Experience in a busy aftersales environment
2. Knowledge of warranty procedures and workshop systems would be advantageous
3. Experience in an official manufacturer would be beneficial but not essential
4. Full UK Driving Licence
You must be:
1. Personable, with fantastic communication skills and the ability to drive a team forward.
2. Strive for operational excellence, be well organised and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
3. Have a strong warranty administration background wanting to develop your skillset further.
