This role sits within the Assessment, Succession and Talent Development Team, reporting into the Senior Talent Assessment Manager. You will be a key member of an international team responsible for shaping and driving best-in-class selection and talent development assessment strategies and leading key projects across Vodafone globally at all levels (graduates & youth, professionals, managers, and frontline staff).
Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders across our geographies to identify, design and/or develop appropriate assessment tools and journeys that deliver a great candidate experience and identify the best talent for Vodafone.
* Be a subject matter expert on assessment for recruitment and development - researching and experimenting with new assessment methods and technologies.
* Convert data into insight, making recommendations to the business on diverse assessment approaches to support our global resourcing and talent development strategy.
* Pilot, implement, and communicate assessment solutions to diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrate assessment tools and deliver training and support.
* Ensure that Vodafone’s assessments do not have an adverse impact on any group and are inclusive.
* Manage relationships with third-party providers and partners.
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in occupational/industrial/organisational psychology, HR, data science, or statistics.
* A good breadth of experience being a subject matter expert on assessment, with experience of project management and some experience in a client-facing, business partnering role is desirable.
* Preferably experience identifying the needs in the areas of online assessments, job interviews, and assessment centres for one or more job types (graduates, apprentices, frontline, and mid-senior roles).
* Ideally qualified in various cognitive ability and psychometric assessment tools.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and able to converse with teams from a diverse global background, understanding the local environments in which they operate.
* Have a good eye for detail and are confident with analytics.
* A data-driven decisions mindset and can interpret information to provide management insight.
* Passion for technology and experience with leading-edge digital technologies and agile.
* You will ideally have previous experience within a blue-chip organisation and have worked within or have some experience of working as part of an HR global centre of excellence.
