You will be responsible for supporting the purchasing and logistics teams by coordinating order placements, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely deliveries. Youll work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage the flow of materials and products. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries. Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues with orders. Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as necessary. Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods. Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams as needed. Assist with managing incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify shipment contents and ensure accuracy of order receipts. Communicate with freight companies and couriers to manage shipping schedules. Support the warehouse team with inventory management and reconciliation tasks.
