About the Role: Our client based in Merseyside arelooking for a passionate and driven
Product Manager
to lead the evolution of its
Social Value Management function. This role is critical in ensuring our platform meets the
changing demands of public sector procurement
and helps clients
evidence and maximise their social value impact. With a background in
Bid Management, Social Value Delivery, or Public Sector Frameworks, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping product development through
close engagement with end users, ensuring our tools reflect the latest
policy requirements, metrics, and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
strategic development
of the Social Value Management module within the
Compliance Chain platform. Engage with
contractors, public sector clients, and social value leads
to gather insights and feedback. Conduct
workshops, roundtables, and focus groups
to validate product direction and future enhancements. Collaborate with
development and design teams
to translate sector requirements into
intuitive, high-impact digital tools. Stay up to date with
policy updates, frameworks (e.g. TOMs, National Social Value Measurement), and emerging best practices. Support the
commercial team
with product insights and client engagement during onboarding, demos, and bid processes. Identify opportunities to expand our
impact in the social value space through innovation and integration. Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in
Social Value Management, Bid Writing, Framework Bids, or Public Sector Procurement. Strong understanding of
social value measurement methodologies
and their application in real-world projects. Proven ability to
engage with stakeholders
at all levels and translate complex policy requirements into
practical software solutions. Experience in
SaaS product development, digital platforms, or transformation initiatives
(preferred but not essential). Strong
communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with leading
social value metrics frameworks
(e.g.
National TOMs, SEQM, bespoke client measures ). How to Apply:
