Roles and responsibilities - Behaviour Mentor - Brent Assisting in identifying pupils in need of support and providing them with support Providing one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified students Develop strategies for pupils to better manage their behaviour in order to help them succeed at school Preparation of action plans for learners as part of the learning process Liaising with the SENCos on a regular basis Keeping track of the progress of the students and monitoring the behaviour of the students Organising lunchtime activities for pupils who display challenging behaviour during breaks Providing support to families in the form of liaisons Assisting pupils with challenging behaviours to develop and use strategies that will help them to manage their behaviour and support them.
