NYAS Cymru is looking for a passionate and proactive Service Manager to lead our Parent Advocacy Team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the parent advocacy projects across Gwent, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
You will manage and support a team of staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and build strong partnerships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders.

* Substantial proven practice experience in delivering direct work to children, young people and vulnerable adults in a social care setting.
* Considerable experience of the supervision of staff/volunteers.
* A professional qualification in a relevant field.
* An ability to communicate effectively and to a high standard both orally and in writing to a wide range of people.
