Residential Child Care Worker, Ellesmere Port
Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking full-time Residential Children’s Care Workers to work in our Children’s Homes located in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, and Northwich. Our Residential service aims to meet the needs of vulnerable children and maximize their life chances, enabling them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes. Applicants should hold a Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have experience supporting vulnerable children and young people. Supervisory skills are preferred, but training and development will be provided. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a collaborative working approach are essential.
