We aim to answer all calls within a quick time frame making the role fast paced and an exciting environment. Working with our reservations system, our Travel Consultants update, amend, and cancel holiday bookings and will also make outbound calls to chase quotes and options. There is an element of sales to this role as we also sell memberships and amend membership sales records. With a Customer Service focus our Travel Consultants also work with other teams across the business to facilitate special requests made by guests. In peak times we sometimes work in other teams too. As part of our benefits package at HF, we offer our employees special discounted rates on our holidays, so our Travel Consultants also manage these bookings and apply the discounts. We would love to hear from you if you have these essential skills: We are looking to welcome a Customer Service driven professional who has a commercial background working with reservations systems or the ability to learn new IT Packages. We need someone who is confident on the phone talking to customers and may have come from an office-based customer service background. Someone who is excited to work in a fast paced and sometimes high-pressured environment, with a methodical approach and team player focus. Excellent communications skills and a strong level of numerical reasoning is a must. Our team works Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm or 10.30am – 7pm, and alternate weekends 9am – 1pm. Sometimes we work Bank Holidays for which we give time in lieu.
