Konnect Recruit and looking for a Customer Care Co-ordinator, for a large house builder, working out of Southampton\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Responsible for being the first point of contact for purchasers, customers and the team\n\n * Dealing with issues such as coordinating remedial works with purchasers and nominated trades\n\n * Liaising with customers following legal completion and throughout the two year warranty period.\n\n * Liaising with purchasers, contractors, maintenance team, suppliers and NHBC to ensure that remedial issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner within the approved timescales and relevant KPI’s\n\n * Managing and maintaining the customer CRM system\n\n * Maintaining cost control and following in house procedures to process expenses, purchase ordering and payment requests\n\n * Ensure escalation of complaints and queries are processed\n\n * Completing other ad hoc administration duties as required\n\nThe Ideal Candidate Must Have:\n\n * Great Organisational Skills\n\n * Experience in a similar role providing customers with an efficient, accurate and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process\n\n * Flexibility in approach to daily tasks.\n\nIf you are interested in this role, the please apply, or call Ollie on (phone number removed)
