Our client is a prestige car dealer looking to recruit an experienced, Bodyshop Administrator for their dealership in Slough. The client is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join their team.
Offering a Salary of £24,000 & OTE of £28,000 / £30,000
Bodyshop Administrator Role:
Ensure all administrative functions within the bodyshop department are carried out in accordance with company policies
Inform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure
Ensure that all frontline staff complete the records correctly
Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representatives
Maintain knowledge on all procedures and documentation
Support other staff members on all administrative related matters
As a Bodyshop Administrator:
You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within a main dealership
You will need previous experience in using Kerridge and have confident computer skills
You will be organised and efficient to deal with the volume of paper work
You will be friendly and approachable, and be expected to offer advice and corrective feedback to both technicians and service reception
You will be disciplined with a passion for attention to detail
You will be a professional, enthusiastic and experienced individual with great customer service skills
