This busy boutique hotel has a modern vibe throughout, with a popular seventy-seater brasserie style restaurant, which serves food all day. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, charismatic and hands on restaurant manager. The ideal candidate will already have two years experience in a similar role and will have demonstrated an ability to provide first class guest experience in a customer focused environment. You should also be able to show commercial awareness and understanding of a food and beverage operation. Main requirements of restaurant manager role: To manage and demonstrate high quality guest care and service To provide prompt, friendly, and efficient breakfast, lunch, and dinner service To have responsibility for the cashing up procedures when on duty To maintain a controlled booking flow maximizing seating capacity. To ensure restaurant standards are being maintained through operating procedures An ability to mentor team members and help them develop Confident and knowledgeable with wines, spirits and whisky sales and service.
