About the role
We are looking for a customer focussed Compliance Investment Manager to join our growing Asset Strategy and Delivery team. You will play a key role in leading PCH’s investment approach to ensure our residents' homes remain safe, warm, affordable and sustainable.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
* Has experience of mechanical and electrical compliance procurement and contract management.
* Has extensive knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations and BS7671 or equivalent gas qualifications.
* Has experience of contract preparation, documentation, and supervision in compliance with the Procurement Act.
