As our Business Change and Transformation Manager at PSPS, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing strategic business relationships and opportunities. You will lead the creation of business cases, assess financial viability, evaluate people-related impacts, and implement various programmes of work alongside our Senior Leadership Team.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer, and other senior leaders to explore business transformation opportunities and drive organisational impact. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse market trends, and present compelling proposals will be key to your success.
The role will also involve external engagement, which could range from suppliers, partner organisations, and external businesses; therefore, relationship skills, developing new networks, and identifying opportunities will also be an important part of the role. You equally need to be able to work with multiple internal colleagues and partners.

Minimum Requirements for the role:
1. Relevant degree or a Level 7 professional qualification in areas such as Business Leadership, Change Management/Project Management is preferred or significant evidenced experience in delivery of a similar role.
2. Previous experience in a business development/project management or delivery/change related field.
3. Ability to develop comprehensive business cases/project proposals.
4. Driving License essential - due to travel required across multisite.
