You will provide administrative support to the Area Manager at our services in Hertfordshire and surrounding regions. This is a varied role, which will involve record-keeping for the people we support, updating training records for staff, and extensive involvement with recruitment among the 101 other tasks needed to keep a busy administrative function running effectively. Working in the social care sector is a highly regulated environment with a lot of 'paperwork', but essentially it's all about supporting people to live their best possible lives. This is a part-time role, working 15 hours a week spread over three days Monday to Friday. You will be based in Hemel Hempstead and St Albans. You must be a driver with your own transport, as you may be required to travel around the local area.
